What do guests think of the Surf Club Hotel by Akena in Biarritz?

Nice hotel and great that it has its own parking, although that is limited, but we were OK. The staff were helpful and the room was OK although we found the bed a little uncomfortable. We did get a number of insect bites overnight though . We stayed 2 nights and loved Biarritz and the hotel is ideally located.

A very nice hotel with a cozy and trendy decor. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It's located very close to the main beach and the city center. The rooms are very comfortable. But for me, the real highlight of this hotel is the breakfast… High-quality, plentiful, and worthy of a top-notch 4-star hotel! Excellent!

The colors, the atmosphere, the music, and Charlotte’s smile at reception—she’s the Jane Birkin of Toulouse. Marc, the manager, charmed us with his travel stories and treated us to a bottle of champagne. The hotel has incredibly convenient parking, the rooms feature Marshall subwoofers, and the breakfast is wonderful. It’s just steps from the beach, with bike rentals available. A spot to keep on your list!

Excellent value for money, very friendly, the decor is great, location close to the centre and the main beach!
