5 stars for this hotel in Biarritz! Just a few minutes' walk from the city center, the location is perfect if you want to explore while still being a little removed from the city. The staff is super friendly. A nice eco-friendly bonus: if you don't request housekeeping, you can get free drinks at reception. We highly recommend this hotel ☺️

The hotel's appeal lies in its meticulous attention to local detail in its decor, the quality of its breakfast, its cleanliness, and also in its innovative, modern, and reimagined design, making it a truly pleasant place to stay for leisure or work. The 3-star hotel was fine. However, their parking was a complete mess. Initially, they gave us space number 2, but it was already occupied. Then they gave us space 4, and we could only park there the first day; it was occupied for the rest of our stay. In the end, we had to park in the outside spaces (and only just). I think that if they charge €25 per day for parking, this is unacceptable.
