What do guests think of the Surf Club Hotel by Akena in Biarritz?

Good location, friendly staff, adequate cleanliness, and a comfortable bed.
The rooms need better maintenance, as in our room we found the window seal loose and the shower screen wouldn't close. The power also went out for a few minutes and then came back on.
There are no electrical outlets on the bedside tables. The soundproofing is insufficient, as the doors of other rooms are quite audible at night.

The separate toilet and bathroom were a real plus. The room facing the interior was very quiet. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes and was very generous. Excellent stay

Reserva de 2 habitaciones por booking desde hace un mes. La reserva es conjunta, peeero..nos asignan 2 habitaciones, una en planta 2 y otra en planta 4. La del segundo piso esquinera. Ridiculamente pequeña y asimétrica. Muy descontentos. Añado fotos. Una lástima. El hotel el bonito
